摘要
目的 为改善肺结核病人的遵医行为而对结核病人及其家属所提供的可行的、系统的结核病健康教育。方法 通过填写健康教育调查问卷,对首次确诊为肺结核、初次住院治疗的病人及家属进行教育。结果 病人健康教育前后,对结核病相关知识的掌握分别为20.83％和84.91％,随着健康知识的掌握,病人的遵医行为从健康教育前的4.94％上升至79.31％。结论具有良好激励性的医护人员为病人提供的系统的健康教育,以及住院期间的强化和支持,能改善病人的遵医行为。
; OBJECTIVE In order to enhance the treatment compliance, we provide systematical and praticable health education project designed for the pulmonary tuberculosis(PTB) inpatients and the family. METHODS All the patients who hospitalized first time suffered from FTB was researched by using the self-made Health Education Questinnaire. RESULT The PTB inpatients health knowledge about FTB and the treatment compliance were enhance obviously. CONCLUSION The health education,strengthen and sustain to the PTB patients provided by the excellent medical staff during hospital enhance the treatment compliance.
