摘要
目的 了解已婚妇女下生殖道性传播疾病(STD)常见菌种感染现状和分布特征。方法 对浙江省某市下属2个街道的528例已婚妇女进行下生殖道解脲支原体(UU)、人型支原体(MH)、淋球菌(NG)、细菌性阴道炎(BV)、滴虫、真菌、沙眼衣原体(CT)的病原学检测分析,问卷调查年龄与文化程度等。结果 已婚女性下生殖道STD常见菌种的感染率为60.23％,其中UU达34.09%、MH2.08％、NG0.76％、BV8.15％、滴虫2.65％、真菌6.63％、CT5.87％,混合感染占12.88％。30～50岁年龄组的感染率较高,达69.92％。结论 已婚女性下生殖道STD的感染率较高,30～50岁为高感染人群,有关部门应加强普通女性人群STD的防治工作。
OBJECTIVE To approach the epidemics and distribution of the STD of genital tract in married female in city. METHODS Ure-aplasma urealylicum(UU),Mycoplasma hominis(MH), Gonococcal,Bacterial vaginitis(BV),Trichomonas vaginalis^mycete were determined in 528 cases married female genital tract. RESULTS Infectious rate of the SID of genital tract in married female is 60.23% ,including UU s infection rate 34.09% ,MH's2.08% ,NG's0.76% ,BV's8.15% .Trichomonas vaginalis's2.65% , mycete's6.63% ,CT's5.87% .mixed infection occupy 12.88% pencent. CONCLUSION The infectious rate of the STD of genital tract in married female in city is higher, special about UU. It should be paid attention and to take measures prevention.
