摘要
目的:探讨Bcl-2基因在人骨肉瘤、正常骨中表达的生物学意义。方法:采用免疫组织化学S-P法,对30例新鲜人骨肉瘤和15例正常骨进行研究。结果:正常骨组的阳性表达率为20%(3/15),其中弱阳性1例,强阳性2例;骨肉瘤组的阳性表达率为70%(21/30),其中弱阳性11例,中度阳性6例,强阳性4例。比较两组的染色阳性率和染色强度,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:提示骨肉瘤发生与凋亡异常有关。
ve To study the significance of Bcl-2 gene expression on osteosarcoma and normal bone. Methods Immunohistochemical S-P method was used to study 30 osteosarcoma tissues (OST) and 15 normal osseous tissues(NOT). Results The positive immunostaining rate in NOT was 20% (3/15) ,in which weak,and strong positive were 1,2 respective-ly; the positive immunostaining rate in OST was 70% (21/30),in which weak,moderate and strong positive were 11,6,4 re-spectively. Comparing the staining rate and intensity of NOT and OST,respectively. There were significant differences ( P < 0. 05). Conclusions Abnormality of apoptosis is one of genesis of osteosarcoma.
