摘要
目的 探讨准分子激光光学屈光性角膜切削术 (PRK)手术过程中 ,激光发射时的冲击力等对视网膜及视神经的影响。方法 随机抽取在我院行PRK手术者 3 8人 ,76眼 ,术前 3天内及术后第 3天行P VEP检查 ,对比两者P10 0 的波幅及潜伏时的变化。结果 手术后P10 0 的波幅较前明显提高 (P <0 .0 1) ,而潜伏时无差异 (P >0 .1)。结论 从P VEP的角度看 ,PRK对视网膜及视神经无任何损害。
Objective To study the effects of photorefractive keratectomy(PRK) procedure on retina and optic nerve.Methods 38 patients (76 eyes) were randomly selected from our hospital,which had undergone PRK.The P VEP was recorded before and after PRK.The changes of preoperation and postoperation were compared in amplitude of P 100 and prolongation of latency. Results The operative ampitude of P 100 was improved greatly ( P <0.01),but prolongation of latency hadn′t significant differnces ( P >0.1).Conclusion In the case of P VEP,PRK has no injuries on retina and optic nerve.
