摘要
目的 :探讨输尿管膀胱再植术对患侧肾功能的影响。方法 :回顾性筛选分析手术前后分别行ECT肾小球滤过率 (GFR)测定、对侧肾输尿管正常、膀胱或肾无其他病变的输尿管膀胱再植术患者临床资料。结果 :在 33例符合筛选条件的患者中 ,Cohen Ahmed术式 2 6例 ,Politano Leadbetter术式 5例 ,Lich Gregoir术式 2例。2 1例 (6 3.6 %)GFR术后近期较术前降低 (平均 5 .3%)。结论 :大部分输尿管膀胱再植术病例 ,术后近期患肾功能轻度受损。
Purpose: To evaluate the effect of unilateral ureteral reimplantation on ipsilateral renal function. Methods: We reviewed all children that underwent unilateral ureteral reimplantation that fit the following criteria: ① renal ECT for GFR performed preoperatively and postoperatively; ② a normal contralateral kidney; ③ no other bladder or renal lesion. Results:33 patients were identified that met the inclusion criteria. The Cohen technique was used in 26 patients, politano-leadbetter in 5, and Lich-Gregoir in 2. Postoperative renal GFR demonstrated a mild decrease (average 5.3 %) in 21/33 patients (64%).Conclusion:This study demonstrates that relative renal function is mildly impaired in the majority of patients following ureteral reimplantation.
