摘要
方法 :用自制高热量饲料喂养刚断乳SD雄性大鼠造成肥胖模型。观察针刺对肥胖大鼠脑干中缝核群单胺类神经递质水平的影响。结果 :肥胖组较正常组中缝核群组织中色胺酸 (Tryp)、5 羟引哚乙酸 (5 HIAA)含量升高 ,5 羟色胺 (5 HT)及 5 HT/ 5 HIAA水平低下。针刺在取得减肥疗效的同时 ,还可以升高中缝核群组织中 5 HT及 5 HT/ 5 HIAA水平 ,降低Tryp、5 HIAA含量 ,针刺前后各组多巴胺 (DA)、去甲肾上腺素 (NE)水平均无显著变化。结论 :针刺对中缝核群 5 HT及其代谢的良性调整作用可能是针刺减肥的因素之一。
Purpose Effect of acupuncture on monoamine neurotransmitters in raphe nuclei in the obesitic model rat which was established by feeding high caloric forage in the weaned SD male rat. Results The levels of tryptophan (Tryp) and 5 hydroxyindoleacetic acid (5 HIAA) increased, and 5 hydroxytryptamine (5 HT) level and 5 HT/5 HIAA ratio decreased in the raphe nuclei of the obesity group as compared with the normal group; and acupuncture could produce weight reduction, at the same time, it could increase 5 HT level and 5 HT/5 HIAA ratio and decrease contents of Tryp and 5 HIAA, but did not change levels of dopamine and noradrenaline. Conclusion Benign regulative action of acupuncture on 5 HT and its metabolites in the raphe nuclei is possibly one of factors of acupuncture for weight reduction.
