对容积式真空泵的结构型式进行分析 ,整理归纳其优缺点 ,指出结构缺点的不可消除性以及这些结构的发展趋势 。
This paper analyzes the structure types of positive displacement pump, sums up their merits and demerits, points out demerits of the structures which can't get rid of and development trend of these structures, and provides reference for structure design and selection.
