摘要
传统组培设施与环境不利于组培苗的生长发育及规模化生产的发展。有叶组培苗具有光合作用能力 ,调控组培环境因子能显著提高组培苗的光合作用能力与蒸腾作用 ,促进其生长。组培环境及其影响机理的研究成果 ,促进了工程技术在组培环境调控中的应用研究不断深入发展。新型高效组培设施、自动化环境控制等技术的进步及其在组培育苗产业中的广泛应用是降低组培苗成本的基础性手段和主要途径。本文综述了组培环境因子及其影响效果 ,以及组培设施和环境控制技术的研究进展。
Due to the conventional facilites for tissue culture and environment in vitro ,the growth of plantlets was suppressed and the development of its large scale production was limited. Leafy or chlorophyllous explants have high photosynthetic ability. The control of environment in vitro , such as enriching CO 2, improving lighting,and decreasing relative humidity and sugar concentration in medium or applying free sugar medium etc.,can promote photosynthesis and transpiration of plantlets, and then its growth. Because of the study on environment in vitro ,the engineering technology and its application in tissue culture have been developed.Development and application of both automated environmental control system and improved culture facilities are essential for a significant reduction in production cost. In this paper,environmental factors and their effects on the growth of plantlets in vitro were summarized,and the developments of environmental control technology and culture facilities were reported.
