摘要
本文描述了14种有机磷农药在中草药金银花、三七、枸杞中同时测定的方法。样品预处理采用基质固相分散技术 ,使提取、过滤、浓缩、净化等步骤一次完成。毛细管气相色谱火焰光度检测器测定。回收率一般≥80% ,相对标准偏差为1.0%~13.4%。最低检出浓度为0.004mg/kg~0.026mg/kg。方法快速、经济、省时、省力。
A multiresidue method for determination of organophosphorous pesticides in some Chinese medicinal herbs (Lonicera chrysantha, Panaxpseudo-ginsen, Lycium chinense) was developed. The sample preparation, including solvent-extraction?filtration?concentration?cleanup etc, can be finished in one step by application of matrix solid-phase dispersion technique. The organophosphorous pesticides were determined by capillary gas chromatography with flame photometric detector. The recoveries are generally ≥80% with RSD 1.0%~13.4%, and the minimum detectable levels are 0.004mg/kg~0.026mg/kg. The method is faster, easier, and more inexpensive than traditional techniques.
