摘要
就 5种因素对新铁炮百合 (Liliumformolongi)扦插鳞片的成球和生根的影响进行了研究 .结果表明 ,鳞茎的冷藏处理和不同的基因型对成球数具有极显著影响 ,鳞茎的冷藏处理、NAA处理、不同基质和基因型对小鳞茎的生根数具有极显著影响 。
The effects of five factors on the number of bulblets and roots in scale cuttage were studied. The main effects of cool storage, genotype and the interactive effect of cool storage and NAA on bulblet numbers were very signifcant. The main effects of cold storage, NAA, matrix, genotypes and scale position and their interactive effects on root numbers were significant or even very significant.
