摘要
本文介绍了国内外对中药蜘蛛香的生药学、化学成分、药理活性、组织培养、活性成分含量测定等的研究概况。蜘蛛香的化学成分有挥发油成分、环烯醚萜成分 (包括其酯和甙 )及其他一些成分。药理活性包括镇静催眠、抗菌、抗病毒、细胞毒、抗肿瘤和对循环系统的作用。活性成分含量测定包括挥发油 ,缬草素类成分 ,β -谷甾醇及总酸的测定。
Advances in study on Valeriana wallichii DC. from abroad and domestic have been described including pharmacognosy,chemical components, pharmacological activity,tissue culture,and content determinations of active component.The chemical components of Valeriana wallichii DC. include volatile oils, iridoids(including their esters and glycosides) and some others.Its pharmacological activity includes sedation, hypnosis, antibacterial activity, antiviral activity, cytotoxic activity, anti-tumor and activity to circulatory system. The content determinations of volatile oils, valepotriates, β-sitosterol and total acids have also been described.
