摘要
提出了一种适用于半透明生物试样的三维重建快速算法—基于B样条的“融合荧光”三维重建算法,并在脉冲电场刺激下鸡胚小脑粒细胞内Ca2 +三维分布测定实验中得到应用。
A high-speed 3-D reconstruction algorithm for semitransparent specimen,named blend fluorescence algorithm based on B-Spine, is presented. It is applied in the 3-D distribution of free Ca2+ in embryonic chick cerebellar granule cells under the stimulation of pulsed electrical field.
