摘要 神经干细胞(Neural stem cells,NSCs)是指神经系统中处于较早发育阶段的细胞群体,它们可以通过自身的对称性或不对称性两种分裂方式进行自我复制,产生神经组织中不同发育阶段和不同分化方向的细胞,最终生成具有一定细胞数目和多种细胞类型的神经组织[1.2].本文就NSCs的发生和分化、定位、特点、影响其分化的因素以及当前对NSCs的应用做如下介绍.
