摘要
应用兔抗雌二醇抗体、兔抗孕酮抗体 ,鼠抗雌激素受体和鼠抗孕激素受体抗体来检测乳腺癌等病例。结果显示 :兔抗雌二醇抗体和兔抗孕酮抗体所标记的病例的阳性物主要见于癌细胞胞浆 ,应用石蜡切片且不经任何方法处理的结果为最好。应用鼠抗雌激素受体抗体和鼠抗孕激素受体抗体的病例 ,阳性物见于癌细胞的胞核上 ,但需要用隔水热抗原修复法经较长时间的处理后 ,方能获得最佳结果。
The antibodies of rabbit anti estradiol and progesterone, the receptor antibodies of estradiol and progesterone were used for detecting the breast cancer cases. The results showed that the positive substances which detected the cases were in the plasma of cancer cells with the antibodies of rabbit anti estradiol and progesterone. The best result we obtained was from the wax sections without being treated with other method. The receptor antibodies of mouse anti estradiol and progesterone were used for some cases. The positive substances were found in the nuecleas of cancer cells, but the sections must be treated by applying the indirect heat water bath antigen retrieval method for a long time in order to get the best results.\;
