摘要
研究了石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定铝时 ,β -二酮类螯合试剂对铝原子化温度、灰化温度的影响。实验表明 ,在使用的三种 β -二酮类螯合试剂中 ,乙酰丙酮对铝的吸收影响最为显著。加了乙酰丙酮后 ,铝的灵敏度增加 ,重现性得到改善。并进一步探讨了 β -二酮类螯合剂对铝的原子化过程的作用及作用机理。以建立的方法测定国家标准植物样品中的铝 ,得到满意结果 ,检出限为 1.5pg ,为测定微量铝提供了一种新方法。
This paper studied the effect of the β-diketone chelants on the atomization temperature and the cineration temperature of aluminium when utilization of graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry (GFAAS) for the determination of aluminium. Experiment shows that among the three β-diketone chelants, the acetylacetone has a notable effect on the determination of aluminium. The sensitivity and the stability of aluminium were enhanced when the acetylacetone was added. The mechanism of the β-diketone chelants affecting the atomization of aluminium was further studied in this paper too. The established method is applied to the determination of aluminium in national standard vegetable samples. The detect limit is 1.5 pg. So the satisfied results provide a new method for the determination of microaluminium.
