CRM的技术支持涉及到数据仓库、网络、语音、多媒体等多种先进技术。企业可以通过呼叫中心、销售中心、远端销售和远端市场中心以及基于Internet的电子商务站点 ,进行与客户的全方位交流 ,建立一个CRM环境。通过对数据库及客户关系管理的分析 ,旨在建立和完善一个相对稳定和切实可行的方案 。
