摘要
提出了提高相位激光测距测量精度的方法 ,给出了用多个辅助频率进行相位激光测距时的精度公式 ,解决了单一频率测量的矛盾 ,扩大了测量范围 ,达到了测距时高精度。
This paper proposes the method of improving the measurement precision for phase-laser measuring distance,gives the precision formula with multi-auxiliary frequency measuring distance,it solves the contradiction of measurement with single frequency,enlarges the measuring scope,meets the requirement of high precision,large range of measure ment in application of eroject.
