摘要
通过对青海省人力资源现状的分析 ,指出了在青海人力资源开发与利用中存在的问题 ,并针对这些问题 ,提出了几点建议。
According to the analysis on the present situation of human resources, this paper points out that there′re some problems existing in developing and utilizing human resources and also makes some suggestions about these problems.
