基于不同模糊因素的零件强度可靠性模型

摘要 在可靠性设计中 ,应力、强度以及应力与强度两者之间的关系都不同程度地具有模糊性。在分析了上述三个模糊因素的基础上 ,基于不同的模糊因素和安全准则 ,建立了相应的可靠性数学模型 ,对各个模型作了比较说明 ,并介绍了它们的计算方法 ,重点阐述了基于模糊应力和模糊关系的可靠性模型的计算。同时 ,针对不同的情况 ,给出了常用的隶属函数 ,分析了分布参数的选取方法。 The stress, strength and the relationship between them were all fuzzy in reliability design. In the paper, the fuzzy factors were analyzed first. Different mathematics models of fuzzy reliability were set up based on different fuzzy factors and safe rules. The models were compared. The calculating method of the models typical of the model based on fuzzy stress and fuzzy relationship were introduced. The common membership functions of the fuzzy factors were given and the way to select the distributing parameters was analyzed.
