The rational controlling of engineering cost and saving construction capital are more and more paid attention by investors in engineering construction process. The control of engineering cost directly influences the benefit of investment of construction enterprises. The management method and controlling measures of engineering cost are discussed in detail based on the points of construction enterprise.
