走出“工频电磁辐射”的误区——等效采用国际权威导则的紧迫性 被引量:7

摘要 电力作为一种优质清洁的二次能源,在人们生活中起着不可缺少的作用。但是由于工频电场与磁场的不易直觉性,工频电磁环境问题长期以来经历着过度炒作。建议我国电磁环境标准避免使用“电磁辐射”术语,并建议在制定国家电磁环境标准时,等效采用国际公认的ICNIRP导则。 As a clean energy of high quality,electric power plays an indispensable role in human life.However,owing to the lack of intuition,power-frequency electric and magnetic fields have undergone a long period of excessive misunderstandings.This article makes an analysis for the fact that almost all electromagnetic environment standards in China abuse the technical term'Electromag-netic Radiation',thus causing a current of fear in the public for no reason,and recommends to use equivalently1998ICNIRP guidelines for limiting exposure to time-varying electric,magnetic and electromagnetic fields(up to300GHz )which is internation-ally well accepted as national standard for electromagnetic environment.
