摘要 不稳定斑块易破裂、出血以及继发血栓形成 ,是引起急性冠脉综合征的主要原因。斑块不稳定主要与其病理特点有关 ,本文结合不稳定斑块形成的原因 ,综述近年来基因治疗在增强不稳定斑块稳定性。
