摘要
测量了锌电极在含有不同浓度含氟表面活性剂的碱液中的析气速率和锌电极的极化曲线。实验表明 :表面活性剂FSA ,FC 10 0 ,FSP ,FC 99及FC 43 0 ,FC 170C是有效的缓蚀剂 ,它们对锌电极的阳极行为没有明显的抑制作用 ,这些表面活性剂还能提高锌酸根的沉积过电位 ,使锌电极的钝化电位正移。含氟表面活性剂有希望成为碱性锌电极的代汞缓蚀剂。
Rate of gas evolution on the zinc surface in alkaline solution with various surfactants was measured, polarization curves of the zinc electrode were tested in alkaline solution containing these compounds respectively.The experimental results showed that FSA, FC 100, FSP, FC 99 and FC 430, FC 170C were effective in reducing hydrogen gassing without evidence of impeding anodic reaction of zinc electrode. The surfactants increased overpotential of zincate deposition and shift the shift the passivation potential of zinc electrodes in alkaline solution to positive direction.These perfluorousurfactants were promising to substitute mercury for the zinc electrode in alkaline solution.
