摘要
目的 观察三物白散加味方对胃癌相关基因表达的影响。方法 以三物白散加味方含药血清加入人胃癌SGC 790 1细胞中 ,观察P5 3、Bcl 2、rasp2 1、CD4 4基因表达的变化。结果 三物白散加味方可降低人胃癌SGC 790 1细胞的P5 3、Bcl 2、rasp2 1、CD4 4基因表达率。
OBJECTIVE To observe the effect of Sanwubai Powder in affecting gene expression related to carcinoma of the stomach. METHOD Serum containing Modified Sanwubai Powder was added to SGC-7910 cells of human carcinoma of the stomach so as to observe the changes in gene expression. RESULT Modified Sanwubai Powder could reduce the P53, Bcl-2, rasP21 and CD44 gene expression rate. CONCLUSION The anti-cancer effect of Modified Sanwubai Powder is related to its effect in affecting gene expression of stomach carcinoma.
