摘要
目的 制备具有缓释作用的士的宁纳米微粒。方法 采用沉淀法制备出负载士的宁的三嵌段聚合物纳米微粒 ,并对其粒径、多分散度、粒子产率、载药率、体外释放进行了测定。结果 负载士的宁纳米微粒的平均粒径为 1 6 9nm ,粒子产率为 5 2 .4 % ,载药率为 6 2 % ;体外释药结果表明士的宁的释放一直持续到 4 0h。结论 纳米载药体系可以和士的宁的给药结合起来 ,通过控制士的宁的释放速度 。
OBJECTIVE To prepare slow-release nanometer microne of strychnine. METHOD Precipitation method was used to prepare three-block polymer of load strychnine and determination was performed on its diameter, assembly divergence, particle productive rate, drug load rate and in vitro release. RESULT The average diameter of the nanometer microne of load strychnine was 169 nm, the particle productive rate was 52.4%, the drug load rate was 62%, and the in vitro release time is 40 hours. CONCLUSION The nanometer drug load system should be combined with the administration of strychnine, and the safety of drug administration can be increased by controlling the release time of strychnine.
