摘要
核心竞争力是当今企业经营管理理论的前沿和实践的热点之一,企业只有拥有核心竞争力,才能在激烈竞争的市场中取得竞争优势。加入WTO后的国内企业面临着严峻的生存压力,当务之急是培育核心竞争力,迎接全球经济一体化的挑战。
Core competence is theory frontier and one of the heat topics of practice in enterprises operation. On-ly when enterprises are armed with core competence will they be able to achieve competence advantages. After entering WTO, our national enterprises are facing severe pressure of surviving. So it is most important to culti-vate core competence to meat with challenge of global economic integration.
