摘要
室内浸叶法试验表明 ,三种害虫中斜纹夜蛾、小菜蛾对供试杀虫剂的敏感程度一般比甜菜夜蛾高。灭虫灵对小菜蛾有很高的毒力 ,L C50 为 0 .0 9mg/ L,甜菜夜蛾、斜纹夜蛾对灭虫灵敏感程度较低 ,L C50 在 15 0 mg/ L左右。除尽对甜菜夜蛾、毒死蜱对斜纹夜蛾毒力最高 ,L C50 分别为 1.4 8mg/ L和 0 .4 9mg/ L。除尽、锐劲特、抑太保对小菜蛾、甜菜夜蛾、斜纹夜蛾都具有很高的毒力 。
The result of laboratory testing showed that Prodenia litura Fabricius and Plutella xylostella (L.) were more sensitive to Spodoptera exigua (Hübner) of several insecticides. The toxicity of abamectin against P.xylostella was very high, the LC 50 was 0.09mg/L. S.exigua , P.litura was less sensitive to abamectin, the LC 50 was about 150mg/L. S.exigua and P.litura were more sensitive to Chlorfenapyr and Chlorpyrifos respectively, the LC 50 was 1.48mg/L, 0.49 mg/L. The toxicities of chlorfenapyr, chlorfluazron and fipronil to P.xylostella , S.exigua and P.litura were very high, these several insecticides could be used to control these pests in field.
