摘要
本文综述了近年来国内外花卉分子育种的研究进展和成果。传统育种仍是花卉育种工作的主要方法 ,但有其局限性。不断成熟的生物技术 ,特别是基因工程技术 ,解决了一些传统育种不能突破的问题 ,为花卉性状改良提供了全新的思路。近年来 ,分子育种一直是花卉育种研究的热点 ,已在植物花期、花色、花型、株型、生长发育、香味、采后寿命等方面取得了重要进展。
Advances of research in molecular breeding of ornamental plants in the world in recent years were reviewed.Cross and selection are still the main processes to breed new ornamental cultivars,by which most of new cultivars were produced.But they have limitations.Some advanced breeding methods including molecular breeding were paid more attention to and became the focus of the ornamental plants breeding,and gained many research on exciting achievements.
