摘要
盐酸克仑特罗 (clenbuterodhydrochloide{α - [(叔丁氨基 )甲基 ]- 4 -氨基 - 3,5 -二氯苯甲醇盐酸盐 } )是 β2 -肾上腺素受体激素 ,动物食用后能降低脂肪 ,提高瘦肉率促进生长。人食用残留盐酸克仑特罗的猪肉及内脏 ,可引起中毒 ,严重时可致死。我国禁止使用 β -兴奋剂 ,但没有一个统一检测的方法 ,本文介绍了酶联免疫 (ELISA)法、高效液相色谱 (HPLC)法和气相色谱 -质谱 (GC -MS)
Clenbuterod Hydrochloide is called β 2-adrenoreceptor hormone.It can reduce fat,increase rate of lean.improve grown-up,when it was eaten by animal.If the meat and internals contain it,It would cause poisoning,even died when serious,After eating meat and internals with it.The regulations forbid using in our country,but there is not a united analysis method.In order to supply reference,methods of ELISA,HPLC and GC-MS are introduced in this paper.
