摘要
以 2 4个山东省种植面积较大的小麦品种为材料 ,对 17个影响面条品质的主要小麦籽粒品质性状进行多元线性回归分析 ,在此基础上对 11个影响较大的品质性状进行通径分析 ,研究其对面条品质影响力的大小及直接效应和间接效应 ,以期为小麦品质有种。
The study was conducted with 24 wheat cultivars in Shandong Province, 17 wheat quality traits affecting noodle quality were analyzed by multiple linear regression analysis and path coefficient analysis. The direct and indirect effects of 11 comparatively influential wheat quality traits on noodle quality were also studied. This study offered the references for wheat quality breeding, the establishment of quality predicting indexes for noodle wheat and the selection of processing materials.
