摘要
盆栽小麦挑旗期至花后 2 0天长期渍水处理植株节间可溶性总糖含量除在花后 10~ 15天低于对照外 ,其余时期尤其是成熟期均高于对照。渍水使 WSC主要组分果聚糖的合成关键酶 SST(Sucrose:sucrose fructosyltransferase)、FFT(Fructan:fructan fructosyltransferase)活性减弱 ,果聚糖积累速率下降 ,积累持续时间缩短 ;开花后果聚糖外水解酶 FEH(Fructan exo- hydrolase)活性降低。
Winter wheat (Triticum aestivum L. ) cv. Yangmai 158 was planted in pots with diameter of 20 cm and height of 25 cm. During jointing stage to 20 DPA(days after anthesis) , the wheat was waterlogged. And sugars contents, as well as enzyme activities involving in fructan metabolism in the culm were monitored to investigate the effects of waterlogging on accumulation and redistribution of water soluble carbohydrate. Total soluble sugar contents in the culm were increased by waterlogging?except during 10~15 DPA. Activities of SST (Sucrose: sucrose fructosyl transferase) and FFT(Fructan: fructan fructosyltransferase) , the key enzymes involving in fructan synthesis, were decreased by waterlogging. Fructan accumulating rate and duration were depressed consequently. FEH (Fructan exo hydrolase) activity was also decreased by waterlogging. The relationships between metabolism of fructan and waterloging resistance, as well as yield of wheat were further discussed.
