摘要
在 1 8、2 3、2 8、3 2和 3 4℃ 5个恒温处理下 ,测定了斜纹夜蛾侧沟茧蜂在斜纹夜蛾幼虫不同密度下的寄生效应。结果表明 ,在试验温度范围内 ,各温度下的功能反应实验数据均能用 Holling圆盘方程较好地拟合。瞬间攻击率随温度升高而增加 ,但各温度间差异不显著。 3 2℃和 3 4℃高温下的处理时间比 1 8℃、2 3℃和 2 8℃要短 。
The functional response of Microlplitis sp. to the larvae of Spodoptera litura was determined at temperatures of 18, 23,28,32,and 34℃.The results showed that, the functional response was described well by Holling's disc equation at temperatures range of 18~34℃.The rates of successful attack increased with temperature, but there Were no significant difference between temperatures. The handling time at the temperature of 32℃,34℃ were shorter than that at 18℃,23℃and 28℃.
