摘要
在临床症状复杂的不同猪群中 ,分离出 4株副粘病毒。该病毒能凝集鸡红细胞 ,其血凝性能被鸡新城疫标准血清抑制。病毒能在鸡胚中生长繁殖。电镜观察不是冠状病毒而是副粘病毒。该病毒能引起猪的腹泻、呼吸急促、繁殖障碍、神经症状和体温升高等临床症状。
Four paramyxovirus strains were isolated from different swine with complicated clinical symptoms. These strains could agglutinate erythrocyte of chickens and such agglutination could be restrained by the standard anti serum against NDV. They can reproduce in the embryo of the chicken and they were confirmed to be Paramyxovirus by the electron microscope. The clinical signs of the swine infected with these virus strains include diarrhea, dyspnea, infertility, delirium and fervescence.
