摘要
本研究应用随机引物K( 5′ CGGCCCCTGT 3′)对不同品系西蜂的基因组DNA扩增 ,获得了能区分不同品系西蜂的多态性DNA图谱 ,从多态性图谱中选取一个共同片段K1 6 80bp ,标记成探针 ,探针K1 6 80bp与不同品系西蜂的基因组DNA均有杂交 ,从而证明片段K1 6 80bp是西蜂蜂种的共性 ,为西蜂的鉴定提供了直接依据。
In this report,random prime K(5′|CGGCCCCTGT|3′)was used to amplified the genomic DNA of different strains of west bee,produced polymorphic DNA of map which can identify different strains of west bee.Acommon fragment K1680bp was selected and labeled to be probe.Probe can hybridizate with different strains of west bee.It is proved that fragment K1680bp was the general character of the west bee species.The research provided the direct proof tor identifing the west bee.;
