摘要
阐述了我国现行农业科学技术进步机制存在的主要问题 ,提出了创新我国农业技术进步创新机制的主要方面 ,包括宏观政策、管理体制。
This paper exponrds the principal problems in the present mechanism of technological progress of agriculture in China. Also puts forward the principal aspects of the innovative mechanism of technological progress of agriculture in China, including macro policies, managerial system, exploiting model and the innovation of the main body's stimulating mechanism.
