摘要
对 4个含云南割手密种血缘、5个含斑茅种血缘的 F3 代参试材料 ,进行了桶栽干旱胁迫条件下丙二醛含量、相对质膜透性以及株高伤害率等抗旱性指标的测定 ,筛选出各项指标均优于对照新台糖 10的云割 F3 95 /12 8和云斑 F3 99/719两个材料 ,并从种质基础和血缘关系上对其抗旱性状的遗传背景作了分析。初步认为 :(1)在楚连璧提出的“异质复合分离理论”指导下 ,已经获得云南野生甘蔗种质资源的抗旱性“性状复合遗传力”杂种优势 ;(2 )云割 F3 95 /12 8和云斑 F3
According to the test of malondialdehyde content, permeability of plasma membrane and damage rate to plant height of 9 F 3 sugarcane clones with Yunnan wild breed (4 with S. spontaneum breed, 5 with E. arundinaceum breed) under water stress condition of barrel culture, 2 clones with better indexes than the control Newtaitang 10 were screened out, which were 95/128(an F 3 clone with Yunnan S. spontaneum breed) and 99/719(an F 3 clone with Yunnan E. arundinaceum breed ). It was suggested that the two clones could be used as parents for drought resistant breeding in sugarcane.
