摘要
随着市场经济的发展,人才流动和劳动力市场化步伐加快,中等职业学校的毕业生就业不断地向多元化发展,同时,各行业或专业就业需求极不平衡,非专业对口就业和创业逐年增多,这与现行的教学机制产生了无法回避的矛盾,而且呈加剧趋势.因此,建立起柔性的、适应学生多元化发展的教学机制是当前职业学校教学改革的重要方向.这应是一个金方位的改革,改革的目的是使职业学校的办学能更好地满足求学者的要求和劳动力市场的需求.
With the development of market economy, the acceleration of qualified personnel mobility among the labor forces, the employment of graduates from secondary vocational schools shows diversification. Meanwhile, there is a great disequilibrium need in the employment of defferent trades or specialities and the employment of non-speciality increrases annually. Thus, the teaching reform in secondary vocational school should be focused on how to build up the teaching system adapted to these changes.
