摘要
我国农村社会保障制度是在计划经济时代建立的 ,其现状与农村面临的形势不相适应 ,不利于农村的进一步改革发展。本文分析了农村社会保障制度面临着严峻的挑战 ,同时也伴随着良好的时机 。
Having been set up in the planned economy era, Chinese rural social security systems don't adapt to the current situations, and aren't beneficial to the further reform of the country .The article analyses the challenges the rural social security systems face along with good opportunities and advances some thoughts on social security systems.
