摘要
本文介绍了“纯种芳樟”的寻找与发现过程 ,利用组织培养育苗后叶油化学成份变化规律 ,为芳樟的组织培养育苗。
This paper introduced the whole process of seeking and discovery of Cinnamomun camphora var. Linaloolifera with high linalool content. The variation rule of the chemical composition of essential oil from the leaves of young plant cultivated by tissue culture, provided a convincing theoretical basis for the tissue culture, young plant culitivation and transplantation of Cinnamomun camphora var linallolifera with high linalool content.
