摘要
利用鲎试剂进行注射用绒促性素的细菌内毒素检测,结果表明,将样品稀释至200μ/ml后,对标示灵敏度为0.25EU/ml的鲎试剂无抑制增强作用。因此,将样品稀释至200μ/ml后,选用标示灵敏度为0.25EU/ml的鲎试剂可检测样品的细菌内毒素。
The bacterial endotoxins Chorionic Gonadotrophin for Injection were tested by tachypleus amebocyte lysate(TAL).The stated sensitivity of the TAL is 0.25EU/ml.The result shows that the concentration of Chorionic Gonadotrophin for Injection has no inhibition and enhancement action and the TAL(0.25EU/ml)can be used for bacterial endotoxins test when the sample is 200u/ml.
