摘要
目的:建立分光光度法测定石膏中砷含量。方法:先将砷转化为砷化氢,砷化氢使二乙基二硫代氨基甲酸银还原为胶态银,于510nm波长处测定吸收度。结果:在0.4~2.4μg/ml范围线性关系良好(r=0.9980、n=6),加样回收率99.4%(RSD=1.71%、n=5)。结论:本法准确可靠。
Objective: UV spectrophotometry method was developed for the arsenic of gypsum fibrosum.Method: The first arsenic was transformed into hydrogen arsenide,the silver diethyldithiocarbamate was reduced for colloid silver by hydrogen arsenide,at the wavelength of 510nm.Results:The linear curves was fine between the concentration rang 0.4~2.4mg/ml(r=0.9980,n=6).The average rate of recovery was 99.4%(RSD=1.71%,n=5).Conclusions:This method is accurate.
