摘要
目的:建立复方大黄酊中大黄素和大黄酚的含量测定方法,控制复方大黄酊的生产质量。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,SPHERI 5 RP-18柱。0.1%磷酸溶液-甲醇(30:70)为流动相,检测波长254nm,流速1.00ml·min^(-1)。结果:大黄素和大黄酚得到完全分离。线性范围分别为0.020~0.800μg、0.028~1.120μg。加样回收率分别为101.20%、98.20%,RSD分别为1.28%、1.86%。结论:方法简便快速,精密度和稳定性良好,能有效控制复方大黄酊的质量。
Objective: Establishing a quantitative method for determining emodin and chrysophanol in Compound Rhubarb Tincture to control its quality.Method: HPLC with a SPHERI 5 RP-18 column,a mobile phase of 0.1% phosphoric acid-methanol(30:70),a detection wavelength of 254nm and a flow rate of 1.00ml· min^(-1) was employed,Results:Emodin and chrysophanol were separated completely,their ranges of linear correlation were 0.020~0.800μg and 0.028~1.120μg respectively (r=0.9998,0.9999). Their average recovery rates were 101.20% and 98.20% respectivdy Their RSD were=1.28%,1.86% respectively.Conclusions:This method could be used for quality control of Compound Rhubarb Tincture.
