摘要
通过对铬-铬铁联产工艺焙烧和浸出过程中钠的去向分析,阐述了在焙烧过程中以微量氧化钙和铬铁矿自身作为填充剂的依据,提出了降低纯碱单耗的措施。采用浸出渣冶炼高碳铬铁,对根治铬害、综合利用铬资源具有明显的经济效益和社会效益。
This paper demonstrates the basis of using the chromite ore itself and small amount of lime as filling material in calcination process by a trend analysis to sodium in calcining and leaching step of the chromium metal and ferrochromium coupling process.The measures to decrease the specific soda consumption is presented.The use of the leaching residue to high-carbon ferrochromium smelting can get the results of eliminating the chrome disaster, comprehensively utilizing the chrome resource and evident economy profit.
