The effects of extraneous sodium hyaluronate on the levels of IL-1β and THF-α in serum and synovial fluid of patients with osteoarthritis

摘要目的探讨外源性玻璃酸钠(sodiumhyaluronate,SH)对骨关节炎(osteoarthritis,OA)患者的血清及滑液中白介素1β(IL-1β)和肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)的影响。方法26例膝关节OA患者,关节内注射玻璃酸钠,1次/周,连用5周,治疗前后均空腹抽取血清及滑液,以检测IL-1β、TNF-α水平。结果治疗后血清和滑液中的IL-1β、TNF-α含量均降低,与治疗前相比有显著性差异(P<0.001)。结论外源性玻璃酸钠可以直接或间接调节I-1和TNF-α水平,从而治疗膝OA。 To investigate the effects of extraneous sodium hyaluronate (SH) on the levels of IL 1β and TNF α in serum and synovial fluid of the patients with osteoarthritis (OA). Methods 26 patients with knee OA were injected with 2ml of SH once a week for 5 consequent weeks. Serum and synovial fluid were drawn after fast to examine the levels of IL 1β and TNF α before and after SH treatment. Results The levels of IL 1β and TNF α after treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment (P< 0.001). Conclusion SH may be useful in the treatment of OA by modulating the levels of IL 1β and TNF-α directly or indirectly.
