辅助应用玻璃酸钠治疗膝关节僵硬 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨应用玻璃酸钠辅助治疗膝关节僵硬的疗效。方法采用辅助应用玻璃酸钠的方法治疗膝关节僵硬患者55例(55膝)。42例为交通事故造成的膝关节周围损伤,3例为股四头肌内注射,5例为股骨骨髓炎,3例为类风湿关节炎,2例为滑膜结核。手法松解10例,手术松解45例,均局部注射玻璃酸钠辅助治疗。结果平均随访3.5年,多数患者对手术效果满意,膝关节屈曲范围为90°~140°(平均110°)。结论辅助应用玻璃酸钠有利于膝关节僵硬的治疗,提高疗效。 Objective To evaluate the assistant effects of sodium hyaluronate in treatment of stiffness of knee joint. Methods 55 patients (55 knees)suffered from stiffness of knee joint were treated with sodium hyaluronate. 42 cases were caused by traffic accident; 3 cases were caused by femur quadriceps injecting; 5 cases were caused by femur myelitis; 3 cases were caused by rheumatoid arthritis, and 2 cases were caused by synovial tuberculosis. 10 patients were treated by maneuver looseness, 45 patients were treated by operation, all patients were treated with intra articular injection of sodium hyaluronate as supplementary therapy. Results Average follow up time was 3 years and 6 months. Most patients were satisfied with the therapeutic outcome. The range of movement of the knee were 90~140 degree (average 110 degree) after treatment. Conclusion Intra articular injection of sodium hyaluronate as supplementary therapy is useful for the treatment of stiffness of knee joint.
