A new process which consist of high speed impact breaking and material sizing by rotational gas flow was applied to manufacturing silicon metal po- wder.The product quality accorded with the demands.Its economic-technical index and social benefit is preferable to the conventional process and has many advantage of low investment,less energy consumption,high efficiency and fine working environment.
