电硅热法生产碳钙铁工艺试验

TECHNOLOGICAL TEST OF Si-Ca-Fe ALLOY WITH ELECTRIC-SILICOTHERMIC PROCESS

摘要 试验研究了电硅热法硅钙铁生产中原料硅铁的含硅量、炉料中 CaO/Si_自比值以及原料粒度等工艺条件对冶炼技术经济指标的影响。指出,硅铁含硅量69—71%、CaO/Si_自比值1.9—2.2时冶炼 FeSiCa15指标较好,同时原料经二次破碎后,节电效果显著。 The effect of conditions such as silicon content of raw material FeSi,CaO/ sir ratio in mix-charge and size of material on economic-technical index was studied by means of technological test,It showed that better results were ob- tained in smelting of FeSiCa15 by using a FeSi with 69—71% Si and a mixch- arge with CaO/Sif ratio from 1.9—2.2.Notable results upon electricity-saving were obtained by twice crushing of the raw materials.
