以钛网为支架的组织工程骨修复羊下颌骨节段性缺损 被引量:7

摘要 目的构建钛网为支架增强的组织工程骨,修复下颌骨节段性缺损(25mm),观察下颌骨修复形成情况。方法羊骨髓基质干细胞转化的成骨细胞与高孔隙率滨珊瑚颗粒复合后,钛网为加强外支架,修复自体下颌骨缺损,行X线观察、大体及组织学观察下颌骨修复情况。结果X线观察实验组随时间延长,密度逐渐增加,大体观察见下颌骨下缘连续性恢复,组织学见支架中有大量新骨形成,并与钛网相融合。结论利用钛网加强的方法可以有效修复下颌骨节段性骨缺损。 Objective To rebuild goat mandibular segmental defect by titanium meshes reinforced tissue engineered bone.Method Osteoblastic cells/ porites complexs were formed and reinforced by titanium meshes.The complexes were implanted into mandibular defect. Implantation of porites alone acted as control. Bone regeneration was assessed by roentgenographic and histological analysis.Result New bone could be observed histologically on the surface and in the pores of natural coral in all specimens in cell seeding group,whereas in the control group there was no evidence of osteogenesis process. Conclusion By means of titanium reticulum reinforcement,mandibular defect could be successfully restored.
