Study on New Product Development Based on Reuse

摘要 基于软件重用的思想和模型 ,提出基于重用的新产品开发过程模型 ,并对实现该模型的关键技术 ,即现有设计的结构化表示、设计检索和设计解的修改等进行了讨论 .在此基础上研究了面向重用的设计 .依据软件平台的概念 ,提出基于产品平台重用和关键部件重用的新产品开发方法 .给出不同企业新产品开发的重用策略 ,即平台重用和部件重用复合驱动策略、平台重用驱动策略。 Inspired by the idea and model of software reuse, a process model for new product development based on reuse was established and its key technologies for realizing this model, i.e. structural representation for existing design, design retrieval and design solution adaptation, were discussed. The technology of design for reuse was studied. As the new product development is transforming from stage integration for a single project to multi project integraton, this paper presented a new methodology for the product development based on the reuse of product platform and core components in terms of the concept of software platform. The different reuse strategies that possess significance of guideline for new product development of different industries were proposed also.
