摘要
在对斜齿轮和人字齿轮的优缺点进行分析的基础上 ,提出了一种新齿形的圆柱齿轮———对称弧形圆柱齿轮 .根据刀盘参数 ,选用合适的刀倾角 ,采用新的展成法 ,圆满地解决了失配量的控制和加工这种齿轮的关键性问题 .分析了在普通多轴联动数控机床上的加工原理 ,建立了数学模型 .通过空间相对运动的分析 ,提出了各运动轴系数的确定方法 ,并对齿轮曲面方程及微分几何结构参数等进行了分析讨论 .研究结果表明 ,这种齿轮具有弯曲强度高、运转平稳、无轴向分力等特点 .可以预见 ,这种新型对称弧形圆柱齿轮是一种有希望的高性能重载传动齿轮 .
A new type of gearing, symmetric arc-shaped gears, is introduced, based on analyzing the advantage and weak points of helical gears and herringbone ones. The key problem of mismatch control and manufacture of symmetric arc-shaped gears is perfectly solved by using suitable cutter tilt and new generating method. The machining principle is analyzed and a mathematical model is established. The tooth flank equation and differential geometrical parameters are discussed. The results show that the new type of gearing possesses the characteristics of high bend strength, smooth running, no axial force and so on. It can be predicted that symmetric arc-shaped gears will be a hopeful highly durable and heavy duty gearing.
